Yes its the worst place that can be rented with money management sucks big time yes they are racist,rude,slow and buildings are old the fat lady in the management is the worst manager you will ever see rude.You will get notices for nothing and finnaly have an eviction on the record or they will request you to leave thats what happened with me the guy in the management is nice but buildings are way toooo old
