This place is a JOKE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived here for about 16 months. Parking is horrible, no guest parking is availible either. Cars are frequently stolen or broken into. Very loud complex next to busy streets. Very unsafe. Management never gave itemized statement of repairs to me after inital inspection and said that everything was fine. Then sent me a bill for over $800 saying they had to replace the carpet in the entire apartment, repaint, and deep clean. When asked to see photos of damage, they said they didn't have them developed yet. This place is a joke.
