In a unit closest to the office. I have never experienced a problem with the rental staff or maintenance people. They have always been kind and timely in getting any issues fixed. The grounds are maintained perfectly and the pool is regularly cleaned and serviced. Overall my husband and I love it here and would highly recomend it to others. When we needed a bigger place there was no doubt we would just upgrade to a 2 BR here.

Sorry to prove you wrong but I live in building 12365 and I do not work for the company. My husband and I are Navy people and have lived here since August of 2006. I stand by my review. We love it here and have had zero problems.

You may not if if your claim is genuine however, my response would be why have so many complained of ants being an issue? The grounds are in good condition (watering in the middle of the day!)BTW your paying for it!! the cost of $1350.00 for a one bedroom is excessive (but then since your military it doesn't matter). The pool was out of service for sometime (awaiting for a part) with no notice issued. The roads are in poor condition,the car parking is first in best dressed yet the other levels have assigned parking. The other question is; if it is so great explain why 45 people vacated in April 2009 in 3 of the blocks alone?
