I rented their for two years and it was a dump! getto ------,crack heads,drug labs welfare ,gangs and theft! but now finely its changed.they taken out the trash and now mostly working people and militery familys.the rent is high but the grounds are better and the parking is better.and the garages are now geting fixed.they cleaned up the pool area.now i might have stayed if this was done sooner!and the new name tarraza hills sounds better then getto gardens. the new asst mgr is great and helpful and lives on site and i think that helps so they can see who needs to get kicked out and make it safer and cant say i didnt know!
