decent spot for lower-working class From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   it is a medium-sized community with assigned parking. often this parking is stolen by other residents and visitors. don't bring 2 cars here. 1 motorcycle and 1 car is manageable. half the people who live there believe the rules and regulations are very general guidelines - hard to deal with. a few guttermouths and white-trash types. otherwise the housing is of decent quality, with air conditioners even. apartment rent is not as expensive as san diego. nice pool. cheap garage rent $45. desert climate (chilly/frying). an occasional 2" sprinter cockroach adds a fun hunting factor.
