Location, Location, Location. The area is ghetto...you'd think you would be safe living next to the police station...I don't think so. The ghetto neighbors stole a stero out of my roomates car. I'v been held up at gun point and the guy earlier had has car stolen. The place is Ghetto Fab. Water and Garbage bill is crazy especially since washer and dryers aren't in all the apts. The person who said they lived here for 15 years is the manager and shes not all there. She is right about the Bart you won't hear it after the 1st month or so...and they do fix things quickly. It's ok if your a student at Cal and don't have a car...but don't walk behind the bart after dark or your screwed.
