parking - limited if have guests
management - less than prompt, unreliable, unwilling to listen, don't give a ---- about delivered packages, dealing with high school dropouts
rent - okay
noise - pretty noisy
convienence - very close to public and freeway
maintenence - cares about exterior edifice unreliable fix ups. expect to call often for problems with disposal, heat, hot water, overflowing garbage etc.
