Laundry facilities are HORRIFIC!! DIRTY!! and the machines are always broke and expensive....management signs for your package and then NEVER tells you they did.. this happened twice! I was wondering where my package was, called fed ex had it tracked and they gave me the name of someone who signed for it- i had no idea who it was so finally i went to the office to complain about this person signing for me and it turns out it was them!... then they had the nerve to tell me its a courtsey and that they left a note on my door (which i never got obviously).. this should explain why there are about 100 boxes adn packages sitting in their office- no one knows they're there! The office hours are terrible 9-5- which is exactly when I, and most other people, work... and they dont even open on time.

Also, the bart is very loud... i had to get a fan for white noise to drown it out, and the walls are paper thin, neighbors are noisy too
