I just left after living her for almost two years. The Laundry facilities are just horrible. The hot tub that they have doesn't work 6months out the year. And you can't get into the Pool area past 9pm. The manager is so ------- lazy. I had a dispute with my water bill and i asked her to fix it since they the water company goes through the Complex. She stated that she would and didn't.. Another reason is you can drop off your money order check or cashiers check into the mail box that goes into the locked office. ( only the maintenance people , who i think are illegal from ------) and Her have the key. Well my neighbor dropped off his money order and ------ the manager lost it. Made him pay twice cause she believes he just didn't pay. WOW what a ------- --->> i can't believe that ----. The apartments are kinda pricey but what i paid for was the use for the hot tub pool and the Laundry Facilities. and you really dont get that..

I have had a completely different experience than this former tenant. Point for point. My advice is give it a try. PLUS, they just put ion an entirely new laundry facility. Imagine that!

WOW they just put in a New Laundry Facility Most likely the Anonymous reviwer is someone within the office. Since i have seen them on this site. Which i think is illegal. Also your saying the Hot tub has also been working.. my first year the heater broke and it took them like 5 months to get another one. the Second year it wasn't cleaned all the time. Which is a health problem and where is our pro rated rate for the complex services that we can't use for a extended period of time. And also pretty much everywhere else you can pay a couple hundred dollars less if not the same price you pay here and your landlord will pay for your water and Garbage..

well I lived at Civic for two years while I was in school and I loved the place the only reason I moved was because I moved back to Texas. I liked the staff very much..so I dont get why some people are pulling out racist and rude insults. Anyways as I understood its not there job to fix water bills.
