I have never lived in such cheaply build place. It is too easy to be fooled by new and nicely maintained, on a surface, units. When I came to see it during the working day hours, it did show up nicely, but after hours it becomes a nightmare. You can hear people talking on the phone in their apartments, TV sets going, children crying!
The noise and grime from the BART is hard to take after some time.
I can't wait to move the hell out of here.
