Too much ghetto like - I have never lived in such cheaply build place. It is too easy to be fooled by new and nicely maintained, on a surface, units. Small, cramped, noisy and dog ---- everywhere! The title pretty much sums up life at Del Norte Place. The one good thing is that you can walk to the bart station! Oh yeah, the train runs right overhead unitl 2:00am in the morning and start back at 4am!

Look somewhere else. I lived here for a year and it was a horrible experience. The management changed twice, which did not help, the neighbors are very rude, pets run look and bark all of the time. It was one of the worst years of my life.
