Copper Hill Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

The apartment was moldy and less than adequate plumbing problems.
Apartment flooded and expected to live in it.
Four people in a two bedroom. One room and one bath flooded.
Finally moved to another apartment after extended argument with Manager. Apartment had not been cleaned due to emergency move.
I found management to be less than sympathetic and we were only docked a portion of one month's rent for our troubles.

Everything said here is true. Mold and flooding is a major problem and management has got to be THE WORST EVER.

Copper Hill has a new owner and is working very hard at improving conditions. All new roofs were put on this past year and the water problem is no longer an issue. |
