Reading the previous review doesn't surprise me.
We moved in about 3 month ago and all the things that were supposed to be changed (loose outlets, chipped sinks, broken faucet, etc.) prior to moving-in still have not been done. I have made several calls, received many promises, must say that management seems sympathetic however that doesn't make up for a 13 year-old apartment looking 30 years old, so lived down, it's pitiful. If somebody can afford a couple hundred more per month in the same neighborhood, don't hesitate to choose the competitors. Oh, one more to add, after 3 months our lease is going up.

I agree this place is the worst in el dorado hills. I will move very soon. The Managment is really the worst of it all. I would gladly pay more for another place in El Dorado Hills but stuck in a lease. Save yourself the headache and don't move here. This is the worst experiance of my life. Everyone I know here is unhappy with the situation.

I completely agree. You can't putting frosting on crap and call it a cake.

You actually CAN put frosting on crap and call it cake but you chose to move there to begin with. Sounds like there are people that live there that are fine so whats wrong with you?
