I lived in these apartments for 6 months before leaving. While I was there, I got constant harrasment from the manager, even down to her throwing a towel on the ground because it was drying on the balcony. The unit itself had old fixtures, the thermostat was painted over because they were too lazy to remove anything from the walls before painting. In the kitchen, the outlets were not up to code and did not have reset switches, even the outlet that was about 2 feet from the sink.
That's not all though. They have thrown about 3 different contracts at me that they want me to sign because the lease was broken. All 3 were not accepted by an attourney as valid. The simple truth is that the owners are in debt, and they will try to get all the money out of you that they can. Even if they know it's illegal.

You might be interested to know that Copper Hill is now under new management and new ownership. Things are improving around here. I'm sorry your experience was negative. |
