The manager is terrible. Constantly picks at everything. Tenants children are not allowed out of the units and everyone has to be very quiet or they get talked to. Children get blamed for things they didn't do and she will not beleive the parent when the child has an alibi (like not being on the property when events happen)
I have lived there less than two months and have already been threatened with eviction 3 times over noise, my child talking on the stairwell, twice for something that my son was accused of and didn't do.
She will not give me the owner's phone number to discuss my problems. She harrasses tenants. I have contacted an attorney and the fair housing commission.
Do not rent here.......

The actual owners inforamtion is at the El Dorado County assessor's office. I got the information from there. Then I looked it up and got the number in the area they lived in. The property management company NEVER answers the phone. Good luck and I hope you get out. I did!

Who did u call? The property management or the owners? You really need to be more clear.

The management has been more than willing to in contact with the property owner when I had questions regarding new policies. The owner was quick to respond by calling me personally at the telephone number I provided. Both the management and the owner are polite, responsive and accessible to questions. I appreciate that as a tenant.
