Copper Hill is the lowest of the low in El Dorado Hills. Apartment manager hate all kids but her own. They keep increasing the price and then taking things away. They don't alow kids to play outside anymore. They dont allow BBQ's outside anymore. They dont alow pets anymore. They got rid of maintanace to save money and now have a 16 year old as maintance. They also got rid of security, I guess thats not a big deal since 1 vehicle was stollen and 4 broken into in a year and a half. Other vehicles where keyed. Management and owners dont care. Manager Linda lies all day long I don't think she even knows what the truth is. I hate my experiance so much that I will keep taking the time to repost just incase this gets deleted. The manager is the worst excuse for a human I have ever seen. Also, she hates discriminate agains Mexicians and East -------, I have written proof ! As long as she is here nothing will ever be good and I will keep posting on this site and every site I find.

this person must have been asked to leave and is angry because almost every single thing they have said is not true. And anyone who has time and energy to keep reposting just sounds like they are being spiteful.

it sounds like a personal problem to me, i have lived here for going on three years and have had no problems. the manager and maintence staff are quite pleasant to deal with. there have however been many less problems/disturbances since one HORRIBLE family relocated.

I have lived in Copper Hill for two years, and have never had a single problem, other than a dishwasher that needed replacing and it promptly was. I can tell you from experience that there were parents that didn't control their children, and would often let them run unchecked and unsupervised. My guess is that this person is one of those. The statement they make about kids not being allowed to play outside is blatently untrue--I have an 11 year old daughter that plays outside all the time. There WAS a notice sent out to not allow the children to play in the street, but that's just common sense anyway (to people who actually pay attention to what their children are doing.
