I have been living at Copper Hill for two years and have never had any problem other than my dishwasher needing replaced, and it immediately was. I have never seen nor heard of any communication prohibiting children from playing outside--this is just utterly ridiculous (under what justification could a property do this or enforce it')! There WAS one communication advising that children are not allowed to play in the street or between the cars, but this should be common sense anyway. Well, it should be common sense to parents who actually supervise and pay attention to their children and what they are doing. So, I would say that the previous two negative reviews would have to be disregarded based on the idiotic claim that children are not permitted to play outside.
The apartments are older, but are well maintained and set in a beautiful setting. And show me anywhere else in El Dorado Hills where you can rent an apartment with washer/dryer/fireplace/cathedral ceilings for a more economical price. It's simple--you can't!
I have covered parking and have never had any problems with someone tampering with my vehicle. The claim in one of the reviews that Copper Hill is as bad as downtown SAC is also ridiculous--if there is crime and theft here, where in the world is it coming from' Do the thieves specifically choose Copper Hill and pass up the more expensive apartments on either side of us' This is El Dorado Hills!
As I said, I have had no problems here, and would gladly stay for two more years were I not moving out of state.
***A note to the moderators of this site (if there are any)--people use this site as a tool for deciding on a place to live, and very obvious personal vendettas and attacks should not be tolerated, and should be subsequently deleted. Just my humble opinion.***
