Lived here 9 months. Love the apartment and area. Decent value for the money but the manager is the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with. Maintenance is adequate but you have to fight for any repairs or improvements. The impression you get here is that "she" is the final say so and you better be nice to her. "SHE" needs replaced then the place would be perfect.

I would highly recommend the management at Copper Hills Apartments. Situations brought to the management's attention have been handled in a very friendly, helpful, and timely manner.
