As a tenant of Copper Hill Apartments I would greatly dispute the adverse attempts of an apparently disgruntled former tenant who continues to write bad reviews about the management. The management has never discussed religious matters with anyone in our family. Our family has had only wonderful experiences with the management and the property while living at Copper Hill Apartments. Anything that has been brought to the management s attention has been dealt with in a very friendly and timely manner. The property, pool and common areas are well maintained and kept neat, clean and orderly. The other tenants are friendly and helpful. The community is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone moving into the area and/or anyone looking for a safe environment for themselves and family members.

Sounds like moveinsoon44 is the manager. This place is falling apart and manager is never avaliable.

Nope, not the manager. I am an RN at a local hospital. I am just presenting my family's experiences with Copper Hill. During transition to our current home, we were delighted with our stay from 5/08 to 11/08. I am happy to share that we had a only great experiences there. We met many of the long term tenants who expressed positive reflections with their experiences at Copper Hill, thereby they stay. We believe that "this place is falling apart" is an inaccurate reflection of the property condition. While Copper is not a "brand new" apartment complex, it is well maintained. The sturdy construction of our unit made it quite sound proof from the outside noises as well as the other apartments attached to ours. The commons areas were kept clean,maintained and safe. We enjoyed the clean pool and entertainment area over the summer often. As far as accessibility of the manager, we never experienced a problem in that area either. Calls to the management were either answered personally or returned in a timely and efficient manner. Any questions or needs were also addressed with the management's utmost attention and friendliness. Our departure from Copper Hill was bittersweet. We had met many friendly tenants during our short stay. Once again, we also experienced the management's professional and swift assistance with our moveout process. I realize that being an apartment manager must be an interesting job to say the least. It must be difficult trying to be accessible to over 50 families and keep everyone "happy" all of the time. Personally, we enjoyed Copper Hill Apartments and the management as well!

I have looked at these apartments several times over the last year and based on the fact that the Manager has always either answered my call personally or was there when I "dropped" in with out notice and and based on how well maintained the apartments were I have decided to finally move there with my family as well! I have read all of the comments on here about these apartments and must say that I believe the "negative" comments are truely uncalled for and agree entirely with moveinsoon44!
