Going Downhill fast...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The apartments used to be quiet and well tended. Now (October 2002) the grounds are not being well kept and the parking lots are filled with broken down cars and hordes of 'playing' children who vandalize cars and make a lot of noise that penetrates into the apartments. When the manager was notified her response was 'where else are they going to play.'

Pay a little more and move elsewhere.
