The appartments are good management/staff sucks!

The vinyards staff never do what they say they are going to do. They are extremly rude (once you live there)You will need to talk to at least 3 different people (who will all tell you something different) in order to get something done. They have no concern for keeping the renters they already have and will jack up the rent. Also make sure anything that you want done you get the person who says what they are going to do in writing and get a copy of it. If you need something fixed plan on it not being fixed for a while
