HORRIBLE... BLACK MOLD, WONT CLEAN

We have had a black mold issue and managemnent keeps putting it pff , we also had our apartment broken into , our door would not shut or lock for a month before they fixed it , we had to use a chain lock to keep it shut .... at our expense ..... nothing is handeled in a timely manner..... BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ .... They dont care about their residents...no parking whatso ever .... and coupled with low income.. I would recommend stockton blvd before them.
