Next to low income apt. very noisy

DO NOT rent here especially for the price!!! Noisy, rude, pricy!
They charge water/sewyer/irrigation $60 on top of rent.
I pay $300 more than a good apt of another area@El Dorado HIlls.
Police officer was shot by the police' in the low income apt in this same section.
Gang fight was here!!
Very noisy rude resident.
Hard to find the parking spots because of kids' party.
