We are a lucky bunch! In the past I worked in property managment and I have never seen an office staff with such a great work ethic, and with so much knowledge about renter's rights.
Being in property managment is not easy! All people want to do is complain, it is hard to stay motivated, but the staff (andrew) always has a smile and something nice to say.
The staff does not play favorites. All tenants are treated equally and asked to follow the rules posted in the lease.
I was told very clearly what the rules were when I moved in. I think people should stop complaining and maybe sit down with the LEGAL CONTRACT that they agreed to follow!
Remember property managers are not babysitters.
I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the community.
ALTHOUGH...I wish the pool was a tad bit warmer.....

They treat all the people the same?? Have you ever asked your neighbors what they pay for their apartment? I guarantee that every one of them will quote you a different price. Then see how equal people are treated....they actually charge a different rate for EACH apartment...so someone in the exact same size apartment can be charged up to $200 more a month...it depends on how quickly the apartment gets rented at, and how desperate management is at the time you sign your lease. I called in to get a price on my apartment, and when I went to resign my lease, they had all kinds of excuses why my apartment was worth much more than what was quoted to the "new renter" on the phone. The excuses were ridiculous and unfounded, and I had to literally fight with them and threaten a lawyer to get a reasonable new rate. I would have moved had I had time to find a new place....but I definately will be moving before I have to sign another renewel with them. Their prices are ridiculously high...and sterling ranch, down the street, has bigger apartments and better amenities for less money than Vineyards. Just a fact....

This smells like a manager posting. Yeah, they treat everyone the same...the same as dirt! You go in there and you talk to a bunch of ditsy high school girls.
