I havent had a problem in the couple years I have lived here and would refer it to any of my friends or family. Matter of fact I have, they have this program with the complex where if you refer people to them and that person whether it be a friend, family member or co-worker whoever moves in you get a referral fee. Mine have ranged in price just depending on what the are offering that month. I love my apt it feels more like a home than an apartment. Not alot of places have gas appliance so its nice to have them here and I like that the counters are real granite instead of the disgusting tile stuff where the grout discolors... anyways I would recommend this place and to all the people on here who talk bad about the Vineyards, it appears you and I live in two different places. People no longer recognize the good that people do just the bad... enough said.
