I have lived here since last July and have never experience any of those things that the people are saying.
One would think that if you are renting an apt. in such a lovely area with such a high price the management would be more attentive to theire property and more attentive to their tenants. Their is always trash around the apts they never clean the stairwell, etc. Whenever I use the pool area their is gum, food and sometimes glass on the floor where most people would be walking around barefoot. Good luck while you are at the pool finding a lounge chair that is not broken. So much so that one could get hurt!
The Management does not seem to care about theses things all they care about is posting signs for a mile radius stating that they have vacany! Don't try to send an e-mail saying that you have a mtnc. problem because they won't get it. And if you want mntc to come anythime in the next 24 hours you had better have a flood in your apt. This is not the fault of mntc. The management just does not care. If you already have a lease signed you are no good to them.
Save your money and rent an apt in Folsom.

The reason you have not experienced good services, such as the other posts have "experienced, is because THE POSTS RATED 5.0 ARE BEING ENTERED BY THE MANAGEMENT AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! Isn't it funny how there are all these bad reviews, then suddenly, there are two or three "perfect" reviews in a row--within days of each other, that are posted. Read closely--you can tell when management is making a fake post. Too funny!!! This place has been poorly managed for a few yesr now....they are infamous for bringing people in to live here, and then completely forgetting about them. They want new tenants, but can't seem to treat old tenants with any common decency. This place is just ridiculous. Horrible....and I agree....find another place, anywhere but here!!! Don't fall for the fake posts written by current management. Stop a few renters in the street when you come to look at the place. Away from management, ask them how they like the apts. and whether they would recommend moving in. Ask if they are going to renew their own lease. You will then hear from tenants' own mouths...this place is not worth the aggravation and money it costs. Nice on the outside.....crap once you've moved in!!! BTW, I receive email each time a legitimate post is posted on here....I have yet to receive an email when the 5.0 "perfect" rating posts somehow "appear" out of nowhere!!!
