I think it is funny how people say they get bogus complaints, why would someone complain about you for no reason. Like your neighbors have nothing better to do. I have lived here for over a year and it is very nice. It is an apartment so i dont get mad when my neighbors are a little loud from time to time. The grounds always look great and the location is great. Vineyards is a very nice place to live and the staff are all very helpful. Overall I would recommend this place
