This is a straight-up slumlord situation. I agree with everything others have written so far. PAMA, and the "managers" that they either hire or allow to stay on when they take over, can't be trusted to follow simple protocol, and guess who gets screwed' The tenants. I'm tired of being given the runaround by this company, and I'm considering taking them to court because of it. They're holding my security deposit ransom because of their own incompetance and tardiness. Not to mention that our "managers" were the worst tenants in our entire complex. If you consider screaming domestic disputes in the middle of the night, late-night weird visits by a half-clothed, drugged-out or drunk manager to see "how it's going", paperwork getting misplaced or flat-out lied about, and trash strewn all over the place outside the manager's own apartment, then go ahead and move into a Pama place. Otherwise, pay a little bit more and feel safe where you live.

TO ALL RENTERS OF PAMA MANAGEMENT (NIJJAR MANAGEMENT} DO NOT LET THESE SLUM LORDS OPERATE LIKE THIS. I TOO K THEM TO COURT TWICE AND WON.PAMA HAS PICKED ON THE RESIDENTS OF EL MONTE TOO LONG.PAMA MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE AUDITED.

I WORKED FOR PAMA FOR A SHORT TIME AS A MANAGER. PAMA SAYS THEY CARE BUT THE SUPERVISOR ZURAYA, WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE THING I ASKED FOR, IN ONE CASE A TENANT NEED HER BATH ROOM, KITCHEN, EVERY THING DONE AND NEW CARPET AND TILE. ALL THE APT HAVE A VERY BAD I MEAN A VERY VERY BAD ROACH INFESTION. WELL BACK TO ZURAYA SHE DID NOTHING ENTELL CODE ENFORCEMENT WAS CALLED AND THEN BLAMED IT ALL ON ME. WOULD TELL ALL THE OTHER MANAGERS NOT TO HELP US FILL THE APTS. I GOT YELLED AT FOR TELLING THE TRUTH TO RENTERS, DO YOU HAVE BUGS? I WOULD SAY YES BUT WE SPRAYED YOUR APT AND WILL SPRAY IT AGAIN IN A MONTH. THE MANAGERS ARE TREATED VERY BADLY BUT MOST OF PAMA MANAGERS AND MAINTAINCE ARE HERE WITHOUT PAPERS THEY HAVE FHONY PAPERS. SO THEY PUT UP IT. ZURAYA TOLD US TO RENT TO PEOPLE FORM SOUTH OF THE BORDER BECAUSE THEY WILL PAY ON TIME BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO GET KICKED OUT BECAUSE IT'S HARD FOR THEM TO GET A APT. AND THEY WOULD NOT COMPLANE ABOUT THEIR APTS BEING IN BAD SHAPE. STAY AWAY FOR PAMA APTS (NIJJAR MANAGEMENT) IF NOT YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

IM AM A HAPPY RENTER AND PAMA HELPED ME A LOT THIS LADY HELPED ME A LOT HER NAME IS MARIA SHE IS A good lady AND HELPS ME A LOT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING STUFF ABOUT PAMA BECAUSE THE DONT LIKE TO PAY THEIR RENT AND ARE PROBLEMATIC AND I HAVE 15 YEARS RENTING A LOT AND I HAVENT GOT ANY PROBLEMS PAMA IS 100% THE BEST IN EL MONTE I EVEN LIKE IT MORE BECAUSE WHERE I LIVE IS VERY CLEAN IM TALKING IN MAXON 0067.THANT PAMA!!!I LOVE YOU.

I moved out about 2months and sill have not been able to get my DEPOSIT back i have called so many times and left message and nobody seems to care ,As for the manger she was the worst tenant and the loudest but did not allow anyone else be loud..I do not know who owns this Comapny but I am going to get to the bottom of it or if any nobody know any info ?

THERE IS WAY TOOO MUCH THAT IM GOING TO SAY ABOUT THIS VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I LIVE IN SOME APARTMENTS FROM PAMA MANAGEMENT IN THE CITY OF FONTANA FIRST OFF THIS PLACE IS VERY INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND FLEAS YES FLEAS!!! WE OWN NO PETS SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THEY ARE COMING FROM? AND RECENTLY THEY UPPED THE RENT ANOTHER $25.00 WHICH IS SO NOT WORTH IT. TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS AT HOME HERE WITH MY FAMILY WHEN MY WIFE DISCOVERED A COCKROACH CRAWLING ON OUR WALL THAT WAS MEASURED TO ALMOST 2 1/2 INCHES IN LENGTH THAT IS VERY GROSS AND FACT THAT THE ROACH PROBLEMS ARE SO BAD THAT THEY CAN GROW THAT BIG. OUR LANDLORD IS UNQUALIFIED UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY LAZY. WHEN MY WINDOW WAS BROKEN AFTER TELLING HER ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS ABOUT REPLACING IT TOOK HER MORE THAN TWO WEEKS TO CALL SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT. AT THE TIME I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO FIX IT WHEN THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR WARNING SO I WAS TOLD THAT THE REPAIR MAN WAS NOT GOING TO COME OUT AGAIN TO WASTE HIS TIME AND GAS SO MY WIFE AND I TOOK MATTERS INTO OUR OWN HANDS TO FIX IT. OUR LANDLORD SHE TURNS THE SPRINKLERS ON HIGH WHEN OUR WINDOWS ARE OPEN LEADING TO WATER COMING INTO OUR ROOM AND SOAKING OUR BED AND THE SPRINKLERS ARE LEFT ON FOR HOURS AT A TIME. WE HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE LATE 2007 AND AFTER MONTHS OF TELLING AND BRINING THE FACT THAT WE HAD NO SCREEN ON OUR WINDOW TO HER ATTENTION THEY FINALLY PUT ONE ON AFTER 7 MONTHS. HOW NICE RIGHT? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY HUMAN LIVING IN THESE NASTY APARTMENTS AND THEY RECENTLY PAINTED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX DIARRHEA GREEN WITH BURGUNDY DOORS HOW TACKY ON TOP OF IT ALL IT IS JUST A NASTY EYE SORE LOOKING AT THESE APARTMENTS OH YEAH OUR APARTMENT MANAGER FINALLY STOOPED BLEACHING HER HAIR AND HAS STOPPED FLIRTING WITH MY DAD I GUESS IT COMES TO A POINT WHERE YOU JUST CANNOT HIDE BEING PREGNANT THANK GOD!!!!
