iI was mananger from pama back in 1989 to 1992 ,and my building was always full no vacancy and people was very happy with mantenance,always on time ,and superviser was continuing looking for any service ,I think, not only the company have to take care of the aparment , the tenants have responsabilities too.

AMEN!!! they are dirty people that want good people and the young and ignorant. to live like we are in a third world country...They have to be stopped...please call your local code enforcement and let them know whats up and the Mayor of your city...

i am praying or justice. i have been a victim for 5 years. they are truly disgusting people. our home is a "duplex" and our previous neighbors were stealing our electricity. the garage was on my side of the house but wasnt mine. well the electricity in the garage belong to us and for 4 years we paid for it. when we called pama they said it was our problem. we called code enforcement but they werent able to help. a friend of ours went up the attic and fixed the problem, as he was up there the ceiling creeked and about 2 feet of it feel through and landed on my daughter. she was fine. so we had hole in our ceiling for 3 months. we have gone through a lot. they are heartless. when we first moved to our home we couldnt get the gas on for 3 months because the previous tenants didnt turn off the service. they refused to call the gas company. this was during winter. it was hard to bathe the kids. it was a very hard. i hope to see the day when pama goes down. so right now they are at 13% lets see where they'll be t in a few days. anyone that has something good to say about pama is insane.

GOOD NEWS MY FELLOW TENETS!! Just had a meeting with the health department and they saw the open sewer water pouring into the courtyard and the huge patch of mold behind the toilet. I was standing there while the inspector argued over the phone with pama. I also have open an investigation with the the rent stablezation board. They plan on going after them for illegal rent increases. Oh, and building and safty has now opened a case on my building. If you live in los angeles, call 1-866-557-7368 for rent stablezation. Health dept 1-818-902-4470. They will ask you your zip and give you the right number for your local housing dept. egal aid for the San Fernando valley is 818-896-5211. Good luck everyone. I have to answer my eviction by Friday. My court date will probably be on the 30th or 1st. I'm still serious about getting a class action filed people. Ok, let's get something straight. If you are just a former employee of pama, then why are you interested so much in this site that you keep coming back to read our reactions to you? and then take the time to reply back to us? If you really have not had any affiliations with pama in almost 20 years why are you trying to be a part of this? And to answer your snotty little posting: some of us ARE moving. Your right, other then THE ECONOMY, I can't think of why anybody would be stuck here. We're not forced to live here. But given how pama tries to falsely evict people and illegally keep deposits, you really think all of us are going to go gently into the sweet night? Hell no! I plan to rage and howl, and bring down whatever vindication and justice I can. If your sweet pama was such a benign and gentle company, then why did they fold like a house of cards when the housing authority threatened them over the eviction they filed against me? Why twenty minutes after the health inspector was here yelling at them about THE OPEN SEWER WATER THAT HAS BEEN FLOODING THE COURTYARD ON AND OFF FOR TWO MONTHS were they out there finally trying to fix it. Why is my on-site manager trying on the down low to get everybody to call the city on them? She was the first one to mention calling the Health Department on the open sewer water. Why in December 2005, did the San Bernidino newspaper run such a legnthly article about the drug/gang problems on pama property. Both Mr. Najjir and another landlord were described in less then flattering terms by the health dept, city attorney, and police dept. Why does the BBB. have them reated a "F"? You know they do really investigate when they get that many complaints. Your obviously a company shill trying to dilute the truth about pama and the pain of the tenets. Your probably my on-site who has heard me reading these posts outloud to my wife and knows what I'm doing. I know that sounds paranoid, but you used phrases and wording almost exactly like that my manager uses. And you did post within 24hours of my first posting. Then again, maybe your not my manager. I know she has her hands full covering for pama here and sleeping with the tenets. I won't name names, but every morning we can see her newest one running from her apartment back downstairs to his to get on his bike to go to work. P.s., this guy has access to all the apartments. Since pama don't fix nothing, she gets him to fix the small things around here. I guess he get paid in laid, uh I mean trade. I'll be honest, everytime you post this nonsense, I'll be here to reply back. Until I move out in a manner of my choosing not theirs I'm going to keep digging. i think I have found almost all the names they use for their different companies. I even found out info on that rumor about pama owning ACE Hardware company. They don't. BUT, Mr. Najjir does own the El-Monte franchise for ACE. How the hell do you personally own a hardware store and still can't fix your properties? This gentleman is a multimilllionare; no question. Which makes the behaviour of his various enterprises even more repugnant. I didn't start this. They did when they tried to extort an extra thousand dollars out of me and then filed a BS. eviction. I moved here so my kids could go to the school I wanted them to. In reality, I could care less about anybody or anything here. But you know what they say about sleeping dogs. I really do think your posting for pama; so tell your masters that if they leave me alone, I'll leave them alone and shut up. Deal?

They are the worse company ever! 90% of the on-site managers are illegal and Pama hires these people because they mis-treat them all. Pama does not fix anything on a timely manner, this later falls on the managers as if they are not doing their job!! Pama cheats everyone out of their deposit, all managers lie to the tenants saying with the proper notifications the deposit will be returned! that is a lie! it's all about the money! This lady they have running the company is a dishonest money crying scum bag! I need people to come together and put a stop to these people!!
