I have never in my life of 44 years seen a place run with no caring and the fact that the Law will do nothing to stop them! roaches, bugs, broken ol' place that need to be torn down! its terrible! they take your money and then go on there way...and for gods sake DON"T BE LATE WITH THE RENT! 3 day notices and eviction, we have to stop them! call all the city officials you can and folks make some noise!
