From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   insonsistant with returning phone calls. Manager always seems to be in hurry no personal contact or time to speak with tenants. all notices are taped to door no privacy provided. if you get home after 8p.m during the week no parking, electric gates have been broken for more than 4months no security as stipulated in brochure. pipes are terrible always backing up. i noticed several times garbage piled high in dumpster (disgusting). Just not a good place for long term.
