The apartments arn't clean and their in need of some repairs when you move in. The Pigions are the worst I've ever seen. The apartments are stuffy and always hot inside. You never know who the manager is, they change every few days. The refridgeraters are way too small. Sometimes people play very loud music, which keeps you awake allnight. The swimming pool is closed in the hottest part of the summer, and when it's open the older kids and some adults break all the pool rules, so no one wants to use the pool. You are given an agave sticker, but no one checks them to see who is parked in the covered spaces. The better people move out as soon as they can, and the inviroment changes for the worst. Now something good, the microwaves and the washer and dryers are great, there is plenty of parking in the back of the apartments. Except for the pigion droppings the place is kept up to look nice. I think a more qualified management would help out alot.
