NEVER LIVE THERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I lived there for 18 months and it was the worst place I've ever lived in. The management sucked!!! There was mold and spiders in the apartment, and you could bring it up to the management 3 or more times and they still did nothing. The appliances and bathrooms are really CHEAP. There are far better places to live for the same price, if not less $$. I promise, you dont get what you pay for. I somehow managed to get all of my deposits back at all other apartments I lived at, but only got $4 freggin' dollars back from these people. I know Im not that messy! Also, free carpet cleaning upon leaving was in our contract when we signed up, but they refused to honor it when we left. Can you say small claims court'!'! My neighbor left and had a $16,000 bill for her apartment...what could possibly cost that much'
