This place is like living in pure hell. The community is full of scary people who dont care about peace and quiet. The trash dumpsters are over flowing every week. The stairwells are full of kids playing loud music and blocking entry ways. The pool is the local Elk Grove "hang out spot". The police are called ALL THE TIME! For the cost, you would think you were living in an exclusive community. Instead you are paying high prices to live in a slum! You might as well move the projects and save your money. The staff make it seem so nice when come to look around and then once that lease is signed...you are screwd! Dont stop, just keep driving by these places. Unless you want to live in crime hell!

this is SOOOO TRUE. I live here now, and just waiting to move! this is a dump. dont be fooled by the apt reps!
