Since my mother in law moved into the Citrus Grove Apartments... she has had issues with the Washington Property Management Company ! From losing parking spaces while on vacation... to not honoring her rental rebate... the nightmare continues until her lease is up and she can move to a place that actually knows the legal rights of both parties concerned... Bad choice in rentals !
