It costs $975 ($915 mandatory utility addendum of $30 mandatory garage addendum of $30) for one stinking bedroom. There are two computers in the business center with Windows Vista Home Premium, but one never has internet access or microsoft word processor (used to type documents and such) and the other computer always makes you put in the password before you get on the internet. (No, management won't tell you what it is so everytime you want to use the internet, you have to ask them and in return, they give you a dirty look.) So basically if you don't have your own computer, you will be waiting a long time since there is only one working computer in the business center and someone is usually on it. The walls are paper thin so I hope you won't have noisy neighbors if you decide to move in. Othewise, you will be hearing drawers slamming, washer and dryers from other apartments, when people will be showering...Every apartment comes with a stackable washer and dryer and fridge. You will need to buy your own microwave though. The managers here can act sweet the first few times, but after a while, they become b**ches. No lie. Sometimes the gates work and other times they're open 24/7 until someone complains of the noise at night. The keys are hard to use, and if you want a gate opener, you have to beg and beg. Harriet Eddie Middle School and Laguna Creek High School are the attendance zones. Hope you're not an all nighter because you won't be able to see sh**. They wasted so much money on the "state-of-the-art fitness center" that they can't afford some decent lighting at night. Honestly, just don't even bother calling.
