Dont even look into this CRAPPY Complex. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I really regret getting these rediculous apartments. Thank god we only got a 6 month lease or i would go insane. Seriously. Theres been several burglaries and apartments broken into. They lie to you and tell you that there is security. There never is any security available. NEVER!!! the gates are always screwing up and the back gate is broken. Sometimes the front gate stays open all night. The garage is a waste of money because theyre super small and your most likely wont fit. The residents are very noisy and if you are planning on moving in make sure you get an upstairs apartment because if you get downstairs like me, dont plan on sleeping too much. The management is so lazy and you have to bug them consistently to fix something. The payment every month is rediculous and the one bedrooms really arent that nice. I feel like i am nearly paying a house mortgage for the price of my one bedroom. You can never find parking. the residents that have assigned parking never park in there spot they always park in the guest parking so it makes it hard for visitors and guests to find parking. they are just plain lazy. You will definetly regret if you get into a shi**y place like this so maybe you should consider looking somehwere else.
