Don't rent at this complex. Had I read all the negativity about this complex, I would have never bothered renting here. First of all, you have air-headed bimbos in the front office that are rude and more concerned about how there boobs look and what the best diet pill is then they are about anything else. The prices are way overpriced for what you DON'T GET here, like, the weight room, that's never opened, (it's only opened during their office hours), when most people are at work. DUH
While I was living there, I noticed that they really weren't screening potential tenants very well because the place was becoming really "ghetto". There was loud music that vibrated your entire apartment,kids running up and down the stairs, riding skateboards on the sidewalks and driveways, dumpster area with graffiti sprayed all over it, trash outside the dumpster area, and other things, too numerous to mention. When I was finally fortunate to move out, I left the place in better condition that when I moved in, it was spotless. They still kept my deposit, which was over $800. So if you are presently a tenant there (I'm SOOO very sorry), don't bother cleaning anything when you move out because you won't get jack shi# back anyway.
