My family and I lived here for over a year and while it was close to a park and target, the staff and neighbors made it an absolute misery. I read some of these reviews before we moved in and hoped they might be isolated experiences but I was wrong. A new management company has just taken over the property and they are worse than the last one! The tenant above us had a SERIOUS roach problem and we had them falling through the vents in the ceiling! The management said they could not treat the roaches in her unit until she complains about them because they can't violate HER privacy. Then there were rats living in the walls. My bicycle was stolen off my back porch. False complaints were made against us because the guy said the wrong apartment number and then they wouldn't take it off our record. This place really should be inspected by the authorities. Save yourself the heartache if you are looking for a home. This place is barely good enough to be a storage unit!
