I have lived at Bella Vista for over 2 years, and at the beginning of last summer I was planning to give my notice. The new management took over in September and after meeting them I decided to stay and have renewed my lease for another year! The new staff is extremely professional and consistent with their policies. The property looks better, and the problem residents are gone. The maintenance staff is always professional and fixes things in a timely manner. The people who write the bad reviews must be the people who don't follow policies and have been caught! Don't follow policies? I had to move out because the apartment staff refused to replace carpets that the previous tenants cat had urinated on-the management staff also neglected to repair one of the toilets in our apartment. We had two bathrooms, sure-but we were paying for two.
I haven't lived in that overpriced sinkhole for a few years now, so it's entirely possible that the new management is absolutely fantastic. However, this review sounds a little off to me-maybe it's just me and my opinion, but this smacks of new office staff desparation. I'm just sayin'.

The person who wrote the "The new management is awesome!" review must be one of the staff memeber that works there. They are so unprofessional that they would do something like this... seriously.

I am the person who wrote the complimetnary review. I am actually an 81 year old grandma who had my granddaughter write it for me as I am not really computer saavy. I am not or never have been on the staff at Bella Vista. All I was trying to say is that staff is very nice and has treated me well since they have arrived.
