DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR DEPOSITS BACK - unknown - Today
I LIVE HERE FOR 8 MONTHS AND WAS WILLING TO BREAK MY LEASE SO THEY SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINDING 1200 AMONTH TIMES 4 MORE MONTHS!!! THE REASON I WAS LEAVING BECAUSE MY JOB HAS RELOCATED.... IN THE CONTRACT IT SAYS IF U BREAK THE LEASE U WOULD HAVE TO COME UP WITH JUST ONE MONTHS RENT!!! BUT WHEN I LIVED THERE THE MGMT CHANGED THE MGMNT NOW IS SOO RUDE THEY SEEM NICE BUT FAKE!!!! THEY SAID THAT THATS FIND YOU CAN LEAVE WE WILL HAVE SOME ONE TAKE OVER YOUR APARTMENT!!! WTF'' SOUNDS LIKE THERE DOING A TOTAL SCAM!!! SO WE LEFT MOVED OUT AND WAITING FOR OUR DEPOSIT AND PASS 29 DAYS AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT FINALLY I CALL THEM THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY RECORD ME PUTTING A 900 DEPOSIT I SAID WHAT!!!!! NO WAY .... GOOD THING I KEPT MY CONTRACT AND SHOW THE CORPORATE THE MANAGER TOLD ME YOUR LUCKY YOU GOT THE RECIEPT AND YOUR GETTING SOME OF YOUR MONEY SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! THEY SEND ME A CHECK FOR 120!!!! I HAD CLEANED THAT PLACE SPOT LESS AND SO I REPORTED IT TO FAIR HOUSING AND THEY APOLOGIZE ... I FEEL THAT THE MANAGER OF BELLA VISTA SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR TRYING TO SCAM ME 4 MY MONEY......
DONT LIVE HERE THE MANAGEMENT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY THE ONLY THING GOOD BOUT THIS PLACE IS THE MAINTENACE OTHER THAN THAT 1200 A MONTH TOTAL RIP OFF P.S ALSO VERY NOISEY CONSTANTLY SEE COPS ALL THE TIME

It was annoying and hard to read everything in CAPS. Don't do that again. I lived here for 9 months and didn't see any cops during my time there. I will give you this though, the managers were fake (Tracy, Ashley I think, some other girl). They closed the pool often, and one time kicked me out when I was tanning, when there wasn't anything wrong with it.
