Not recommended by my family. The day before we moved in on our walk thru we found the carpet to be infested with fleas and the odor of pet urine in the front bedroom. They did fog the apt. however the flea problem continued and our cat had to be treated many times. The apt. was not as clean as they try to say they are. Ours was not painted prior to moving in, however they say every apt. is painted and you will be charged a painting fee. I cleaned the walls cleaner that move in and i was still charged for painting, the same goes for the cleaning. We even took before and after pictures, I was told the marks must have happened during my move in, because every apt. is painted prior to move in. The window sills were full of cat hair and dead bugs prior to moving in,stains on the carpet as well as the fleas and urine odor, many scuff marks on the walls, a broken blind, broken frig shelf, the carpet was pulling up in a few place's. My point is that they are not as clean or well maintained as they let on. Keep in mind that i only lived there 3 months and only had $100 of my deposit returned even with pictures and there check in sheet marked with the problems. I did find out that they didn't even change the carpet after we left and the next tenant had the same complaint about the urine odor.

Totally typical of this place. The management is only about the money and not the tenants. I have lived here a long time and saw this complex go from a friendly place where all the neighbors knew each other and looked out for one another. We all used to meet out at the pool on weekends and plan a BBQ together. Now, I don't even go out to the pool. Stay away from the Jacuzzi as parents let their children use it as a kiddie pool and it's filled with urine and feces. Totally disgusting! My neighbors don't even look me in the eye anymore, let alone say hello. The dumpster areas are disgusting and attract dumpster divers! Cars are broken into on a daily basis even though this is a gated community (when the only gate works) and they claim to have security. Really? Where are they? Oh yeah, they will eventually show up and bang on your door if your stereo is too loud while someone is breaking into your car. Bella Vista? Bella Ghetto! This place used to be the bomb in EG but now it should be bombed! Run away! Run away very far!

I agree this place is a joke from burglary to vandalism and bugs (FLEAS and LOTS OF THEM). Management doesn't care about their tenants and their concerns. All they do is sit all day and do crap. It wont be long til something terrible really happens with no security someones gonna get hurt. Don't rent from this place as you will just regret it and not be happy. Sooner or later this complex will only have ghetto people and you wont be able to get out because you signed their stupid lease.
