Emerald Vista Apartments

Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   Emerald Vista Apt Is a great place to live if your very very old. Be carefull when you rent there if you have kids it is not a very good place. Kids cannot play outside, ride bikes, Skates, or just take a walk it is against the rules. The maintnance man if called to your apt for service will arrive with a negitive attitude or (and) drunk (make sure there is a man in your apt for maint-service). The management is never to be found. Like I said if you want an early retirment go to Emerald Vista (AKA retirment home).
