When i first called in they made every attempt to accomadate me, even opening early so i can come in to talk to them about renting a unit. After i put a deposit down however things changed. I called in to find out when my unit would exactly be ready for move in and they did not know a damn thing i was talking about. Even worst, On June 5th there was a home invasion in the unit. I called in to express my fear and the person that picked up the phone (Amanda) didn't know a thing about it. She put me on hold to check her incident report. Come on now if there was a home invasion in the complex everybody should be warned and notices should go out on every door. She said she can't talk about it because it is a private matter. Private Matter' Safety is everybodys matter and you should know of everything about the situation especially the severity of it. So, Now i am just going to have to forfeit half of my deposit because i don't want to live in a unsafe complex thats managed by idiots. I should of knew better when i came there to rent a unit and there was a run down mustang with a busted tire and cob webs growing all over it just sitting there for years it seemed. Good luck to you if you still decide to rent here but i wouldn't even let my dog rent at this place.
