Nice place, pity it converted to condos

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
I lived here for 5 years. Beautiful grounds, nice apartments, reasonable rent, excellent management. Unfortunately, the apartments were converted to condos and all the tenants forced to move. Now, over a year later, it's still mostly empty. Pity.
