I have lived in Laguna Oaks since it was built. I have seen management come and go. It was a BIG mistake to convert to condos..They are not REALLY condos, they are still apartments, just remodeled. I am very disappointed in the way our service and management has gone down. We once had access to the pool house for family gatherings, now, that's not even available. I would not recommend anyone buy here. The management and owners just can't seem to get it together. We feel stuck here, but would move if we could.
