This is probably my fourth apartment and it is definitely the best! The grounds are always clean and quiet- the only noise comes from some children playing on the lawn with their dog, and it's never at an early or late hour. The only problem we've had was with the A/C, which was fixed within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious and nice- i LOVE the crown moulding and tall ceilings and doors (upstairs). The few times we've had to contact the staff, they've been helpful and polite. At our last place (Somerfield) the staff would write our repair request on a post-it and it took us 5 requests over 3 weeks to get a single light changed in the bathroom! The only problem has been a few ants, but both times it was right after a rainy day. (you can't beat mother nature) Overall it's a great place to live and we plan on renewing our lease.

What a dumbass you have the same manager you did at Somerfield and you knew what was going on at somefield you would blame on the owners not the management. You people got serious sticks stuck up your asses
