Where do I begin'

I moved in here in 2005.. yes 2 years ago. It was great at first.. I thought rent was a bit pricey.. we have had great neighbors.. until now.
Just the other day I came home to my neighbors 7 yr old son outside NAKED..meanwhile his brothers are running around the parking lot without any concern. Every day I have to worry about someone's kid cutting across the parking lot on their bike or scooter!! These kids are going to get killed!
Managment was bad when I first moved in and I can not begin to tell you how many people have been in and out of the staffing position here. Too bad none of them have learned a thing in 2 years except for the phrase "We are looking into it". The pool is supposed to be heated.. we were promised that in 2005.. never happened. The fitness room is a joke. I think there are 2 treadmills and some free weights.. that to me is not a weight room. Sure you can rent the entire lounge area and it looks so nice.. but only when the lobby is closed. So hope you like to do things after 5pm. The only thing good about the whole front area is the mail.. it comes on time every day.
They are supposed to check the tennant residences at least biannually for pest,molding..etc. That has YET to happen.. in TWO YEARS! Parking sucks if you have more then 1 car and the space they give you probably isnt the best for where your apartment is located. The front doors are heavy and slam shut.. so if your neighbor comes home late .. you will know.
Pretty much if you are single this place is great.. if you can afford it. If not good luck.
We renewed our lease and had to pay more!! You would think it would be less for being a good tennant-but I guess the dummies in the front office added instead of subtracted.
