Staff is horrible

I must say that the staff here is worse than a McDonalds in the ghetto.

They simply don't care about your needs.

When there's a problem they always tell you they're looking into and never get back to you.

The apartments look nice, but the problems with the staff aren't worth it.

The manager is especially horrible.

You would figure being in her position, she would know a little about customer service.

Let me assure you that she doesn't.

There is one person that is nice and she's new and can't answer any of your questions.

Defeats the purpose if you ask me.

Please, if you're reading this before you signed any lease....DON'T DO IT!!!!!
