This apartment complex is like a nice looking man/woman who puts on a good front but in reality has no other good qualities beneath the surface.

The staff is not friendly and does not cater to the needs of the residents.

I've had some issues for months that haven't been addressed.

Noisy kids run rampant on the property and no one does anything about it.

The pool is freezing, regardless of the fact that they say it's heated.

Gym equipment was stolen long ago and never replaced - however, they did replace the stolen tv's because apparently that is more important than equipment.

(It's all about "looks").

Rent is too high for what you get.

They'll offer you incentives to get you in but then you won't get any more incentives to stay except increased rent and being ignored.

I guess it comes as a surprise that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX! You notice that the people who do recommend it are all from years ago.

It was okay when it first opened - has only gone downhill.

I'll be out the second my lease is up!
